Warranty

MENDIZABAL guarantees its manufactured products purchased by individuals for home use (upon presentation of the purchase invoice) for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the month of purchase, against defects in materials and workmanship, limiting the scope of said guarantee to that granted by the respective manufacturers of third-party components incorporated in the devices (such as, but not limited to: lamps, ballasts, reactances, cables, switches, batteries, etc.). Defects caused by improper use, accidents, poor installation and/or connection, intentional or accidental damage including damage occurring during transport, excess or drop in electrical voltage, action of humidity, saltpeter, liquids, and any other circumstance, including fortuitous events, not directly attributable to the Guarantor are excluded from the warranty. Likewise, the Warranty will not be effective when the appliance has been tampered with by persons other than the Guarantor. For warranty purposes, the appliances must be sent by the Beneficiary, enclosing the purchase invoice, to the Guarantor’s address: Campbells USA LLC, 2970 NW 75th Ave, Miami, FL 33122, USA. The Guarantor may, at the option of repairing or replacing the appliance free of charge when circumstances warrant and at the sole discretion of the technical report issued by its Laboratory. Once the appliances have been repaired and/or replaced, they must be collected by the Beneficiary from the Guarantor’s address. Warranty actions will not extend the warranty term. Since the Guarantor has no influence over the use given to the appliances, the user will be solely responsible for their correct selection, installation, use, and maintenance. The Guarantor is released from all liability for personal injury or property damage, whether direct or consequential, related to their use and/or application. This does not constitute an extension of the Statutory Warranty and, like it, voids any other implied or explicit guarantee. Those who, as subjects and/or users, are not included in the scope of the first paragraph, as well as those who are included but do not register their purchase within the period stipulated in the aforementioned paragraph, will only benefit from the Statutory Guarantee, with the same requirements, exclusions, conditions, and releases detailed above applying to said Warranty.
